- childcare related references
- Criminal Records Bureau check or a police check (issued within the last 3 months)
- medical certificate confirming fitness to work
- proof of identity
- proof of authorisation to work in the UK (excluding au pairs and au pairs plus)
- confirmation of qualifications
- any other additional documentation
