We take great care when selecting our candidates which includes thorough interviewing process and obtaining the following clearances: childcare related references Criminal Records Bureau check or a police check (issued within the last 3 months) medical certificate confirming fitness to work proof of identity proof of authorisation to work in the UK (excluding au pairs and au pairs plus) confirmation of qualifications any other additional documentation We are committed to continuously improving our service.  We aim to achieve customer satisfaction by thriving for best practice and complying with the regulations of International Au Pair Association (IAPA), Universal Au Pair Association (UAPA) and other regulatory bodies.
